The Hive Gallery "Hell vs. The Monster Mash"
Temple of Visions "Heavenly" show

$8 door for one gallery
$15 for both galleries

 Dear Friends of The Hive gallery,
 
        Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 , The Hive and Temple of Visions are teaming up for a full night of performances and artists from around the world in a total of 6000 ft. of gallery space. Artists will be representing images of Heaven and Hell in all artistic mediums. Hive Gallery artists will be painting the theme of "Hell Versus The Monster Mash" and Temple artists will be painting the theme of "Heavenly". Those wearing full costume at the Hive will get $3 off their admission. The Hive will have a full bar and the Temple will have vegan food and drinks available. In addition to our themed show, The Hive will also have 5 featured artists who al l produce art on the ghoulish side of things: Featured Artist 1: David Gough, Featured Artist 2: Megan Elizabeth Ford, Tall Wall Artist: Monica Martinez, Small Wall Artist: J.Salvador, and Installation Artist: Michael Carbonaro. Come partake of the audio/visual honey this Saturday. Our Resident artists will be present throughout the evening, live painting, performances  and  a special video art piece  by www.saveyrlife.com will be projected throughout the evening. *We will be posting most of the featured artist's works with titles, prices, and approximate sizes,  Friday, the 1st on our website: www.thehivegallery.com
(note: some work may be up before then but all featured artist work and group show work will be up for viewing after 3 PM Thursday )

-All available work  is listed under the "Art for Sale" section for October 2010.

-If you see a piece that you like- please send a jpeg of the image to nathan@thehivegallery.com
or call 213-840-3733
(To grab an image from the Hive site- double click it in the slide show, it will pop up in another window and you can save it from there. Its important to send a jpeg because artwork is continually being added to the site and number references may change this week).


-If you need to pick up purchased work from a prior show please email nathan@thehivegallery.com that you will be attending Saturday night and we will have your art packaged and ready to go home with you.
