- My name is Mike Darnell.
I am an Israeli Digital Pop Artist.
I was born in Jerusalem in 1974 & lived there most my life. A fact that influenced the choice of my art's subjects: Middle East politics, Judaism & religion, eroticism & its usage in media & advertising
My process involves fiddling with images and creating digital collages out of them. I like color. I love Jerusalem. I like being able to get a serious message across with humor. I like the fact that my entire creative process is digital. I try keeping things simple but often fail...

To pay the bills I currently work as Creative Director at Oleh Technologies, teach at the HIT's School of Design in Holon.
I volunteer as a consultant at the Jerusalem Business Development Center and the New Israel's NPO training center, teaching businesses and NPOs how to get the most out of their online presence.
